Inside Empowered Strength. Two minutes on what a month in the app actually looks like.

Three to five workouts a week of progressive strength, with a new program from me every month. Home and gym versions of every session.
High protein, fiber forward, cooked once for the whole table. For the woman who's done with diets, not with food.

Office hours with me every week, and a forum full of women on the same plan. For anyone who's done this alone and knows why it didn't stick.

From finding your nutrition starting point to following your workouts, the tools you need are all in one place.
Eat and train for the phase your body is actually in, whether that's losing, reversing or maintaining.
Pay monthly, or pay for the year and every six week challenge comes with it.
Both plans include everything: monthly programs, macros and meal plans, recipes, weekly office hours, the community forum and progress tracking.

Not sure? Most members who join one challenge a year come out ahead on Annual Premium, and most join at least one.
What a few months inside the app looks like.
Hey Emma! Just wanted to say "thank you!!!!!" During my workout today I was thinking about this past year and how long I've stuck with your workouts and counting macros. I started in February and have been going strong ever since. Down 35lbs and have gained so much muscle from following your workouts. The best I've felt in a really long time!! When my friends ask what I've been doing, I tell them all about you! So again, thanks for all you do and for sharing all your knowledge!
A younger girl complimented me on my arms today. I don't think I've ever been more excited for a compliment in my entire life. I've been doing your monthly workouts for several years and I'm so appreciative. Thank you, Emma.
Thank you for the best programming ever that I've stuck with over a year!
Your app is perfect for us folks who don't know what to do when we go in to the gym.
That's what a workout library does. This isn't that. A new program drops on the 1st, I'm live every week, and the community is moving whether you open the app or not. There's always a reason to come back, and it's usually this week.
So does everyone. The difference is progression. Random workouts get you tired. A program that builds month over month gets you stronger, and the app tracks it so you can watch the numbers move.
You can. Or you can do the next challenge and every one after it for the next 12 months, for less than the membership alone costs monthly. That's the Annual Premium, and it's the reason it exists.
The women who get the most out of a challenge are the ones who show up already in a routine. This is where the routine lives between rounds.
Most apps hand you a library and leave. This one hands you a plan, then me. Office hours are weekly, not "reach out if you need us." If you've never had somewhere to ask the question, that's probably what was missing.
It's $29 a month, paid once, and it includes every six week challenge I run during your 12 months, five a year, which is $645 on their own. The year costs less than the challenges do.
It's also non-refundable, so don't buy the year to prove something. If you're not sure, start monthly. Move to annual when you know you'll use it.
Three to five sessions, your choice of split. Allow 40 minutes to an hour, and there's a 30 minute express version of every program when the week doesn't cooperate. Home workouts run a little shorter than gym. Macros you set once and check in on. Tracking takes a couple of minutes a day once you're used to it.
Both. Every program ships in a gym version and a home version, and you can switch between them any day. At home, a set of dumbbells is the only real requirement.
Yes, as long as you're open to learning. Every exercise has a video demo and form cues, the 3 day split is a good place to start, and you can ask me anything at office hours.
It supports fat loss, maintenance and reverse dieting. My Metabolism-First method inside the app tells you how to eat and train for whichever phase you're in. Plenty of members lose fat here; results depend on your nutrition, activity and consistency.
Five times a year I run a live six week challenge: a fresh training block, macros set for your track, a start date, and a few hundred women going through it together. They cost $129 a round on their own.
On Annual Premium every challenge that opens during your 12 months is included. When enrollment opens you get a link instead of an invoice, I hold your spot before the public 200 open, and when the six weeks end you drop straight back into the monthly program.
Monthly cancels any time from your account and stays active until the end of the billing period. There are no refunds on either plan, which is why monthly exists: try a month before you commit to a year.
Annual runs the full twelve months. You can turn renewal off any time before it comes around.
Yes. Message support from inside the app and we'll switch you over at your next billing date.
The next program drops on the 1st. Be in the app when it does.
